An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 300 dwellings) associated works including demolition, infrastructure, open space and landscaping with vehicular access off Upton Lane is being prepared.

Before the application is submitted to Stroud District Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.
